These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Vietnam Original Travel and its clients or partners. They apply to any travel order, whether made verbally or in writing. Any confirmation of a trip implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the client, who declares having read, understood, and accepted them.

1. Booking and Payment

Upon confirmation of the trip, a booking form detailing the selected itinerary will be sent to the client. This form must be completed and returned to the following address:  info@vietnamoriginal.com

A deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required to validate the registration. This non-refundable deposit can be paid:

• by bank transfer (fees borne by the client), or
• by credit card via our secure online payment platform.

Upon receipt of the deposit, Vietnam Original Travel will proceed with all necessary reservations. In case of unavailability (hotels, cruises, domestic flights, trains, etc.), equivalent alternatives may be offered at no additional cost.

The balance of payment must be settled:

• either upon arrival at our offices in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, or Thailand,
• or before the start of the tour.

During high season or for certain specific services (4–5-star hotels, non-refundable air tickets), a higher deposit may be required.

In cases of force majeure (weather conditions, flight schedule changes, etc.), Vietnam Original Travel reserves the right to modify the program in the client’s best interest, notifying them as soon as possible.

2. Prices and Services

Prices are expressed in USD or EUR, depending on the program details. They are calculated based on: the number of nights (not full days), the number of participants, and the prevailing economic conditions.

Prices may be revised in case of significant fluctuations in exchange rates, airline taxes, or government regulations affecting costs. In such cases, a detailed explanation of the price adjustment will be provided to the client or partner.

3. Liability and Insurance

Vietnam Original Travel cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by clients, nor for accidents, extreme weather events, or political disturbances.

Each traveler is required to purchase personal travel insurance covering health, baggage, trip cancellation, repatriation, and other travel-related risks.

In the event of transport cancellations or delays, Vietnam Original Travel will make every effort to propose an equivalent alternative, without implying any automatic compensation.

4. Cancellation 

Any cancellation by the client will incur the following fees:

Important notes:

• Flight tickets (domestic or regional) are non-refundable once issued and will be fully charged.
• Some 4- and 5-star hotels require full, non-refundable payment at the time of booking. These amounts remain due under all circumstances.
• This policy applies to all services booked through Vietnam Original Travel.

5. Administrative Requirements

Vietnam Original Travel provides information on the necessary administrative and health requirements before departure (passport, visa, vaccinations, etc.). It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the entry regulations of the destination country or countries.

6. Hotel Policy

According to international hotel standards: rooms must be vacated before 12:00 PM, and check-in is available from 2:00 PM.

7. Price Validity

Prices are valid for the period specified on the quotation or invoice. Once the documents are issued, Vietnam Original Travel guarantees their validity until the stated expiry date, except in exceptional cases (major exchange rate fluctuations, new taxes, etc.).

In such cases, price adjustments may be applied, with or without prior notice, in accordance with current regulations.

8. Complaints

As part of our ongoing quality improvement process, Vietnam Original Travel encourages clients to report any dissatisfaction or issues during their stay.

No complaint will be considered after the end of the trip if it was not reported on-site, as this prevents us from intervening promptly.
